Dietary and Nutrition Services
At Promise, we recognize that proper nutritional care can vary depending on the phase of each patient/resident’s critical illness. A registered dietitian, registered diet technician, and a certified dietary manager work together to ensure the nutritional needs of each patient/resident are met, while receiving great tasting home style meals.
The dietary staff also tries to accommodate special requests. By offering our patients/residents a menu choice for lunch and dinner, we take that extra step to create a special meal with a patient/resident’s request in mind. In addition, the nutritional services department provides dietary and nutritional education as needed.
